PERICARDIUM MERIDIAN

This meridian is the master and tonifier of the heart. It tonifies the heart and the mind, restores consciousness, regulates energy in the upper part of the body, and loosens the chest. In heart disorders, it relieves swelling itching and tearing. It is used for all foot problems and general home applications. It is also used for insomnia, anxiety, and nasal congestion. It is excellent for superficial and deep knee pain, public pain, and urinary problems.



This meridian starts lateral to the nipple in the fourth rib cage goes down between the two heads of the biceps, continues to the inside of the forearm, to the middle of the palm and ends on the inside of the third finger.
